b i o g r a p h i e s:

ADMINISTRATION

Educational Director: Rita Merk , a native of Germany and co-founder of RMS, holds a degree in Primary Montessori Education (AMI) and a BA in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She has instructed German Language programs for children ages three to twelve for ten years, working for The German School of Atlanta. She has taught in Montessori schools for over twenty-four years. Ms. Merk, as the private instructor for a seriously physically/mentally handicapped child, integrated the child into a Montessori classroom. She serves as the Educational Director for RMS. She has lived and studied in Germany, England, France, Greece and the US. She is currently completing her Elementary Montessori certification.
